Our principles
The Rerise community exists so people can learn from each other. Reading is always enough. Sharing is optional. Everyone here is working on something personal, so we ask each member to bring kindness and discretion.
What we ask of every member
- Be respectful. Treat other members with care. No harassment, insults, or personal attacks.
- No shaming. Never shame another member for a setback or a struggle. Setbacks are part of change.
- Keep it text only and non-explicit. No explicit or sexual content, no images, and no links to explicit material.
- No medical advice. Share your own experience and strategies, but do not diagnose or tell others what treatment to follow. Rerise is not medical care.
- Protect privacy. Your first name appears with your posts. Do not share your own or anyone else’s identifying, intimate, or confidential information.
- Stay on purpose. No spam, advertising, or anything unlawful.
Tools you control
- Report a post that breaks these guidelines.
- Block a member to stop seeing their posts.
- Stay private. Your private notes and check-ins are never shared with the community, and there are no direct messages.
What happens when guidelines are broken
We may review reported content and hide or remove it, restrict access, or suspend the community feature for a member when reasonably needed to protect people and keep the space safe, as described in our terms of use. Reports store the post and your installation identifier, as explained in our privacy policy.
If you need urgent help
The community is peer support, not counseling and not emergency monitoring. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
